How to delete your account
To delete your Benchlog account, follow the steps below.
- Sign in to Benchlog.
- Left menu → Settings → My account.
- Leave workspace, then click the button.
- Once you confirm as guided, your account deletion is complete.
Data that will be deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed.
- Profile information (name, email)
- Personal notes and personal files
- Personal schedule
- Notification settings and push tokens
- Display settings (theme, palette)
Data that is retained
Team collaboration data affects other members, so some of it is retained.
- Team chat messages (the author name is shown as “Departed member”)
- Team posts and comments
- Shared board cards
If you want retained data to be fully deleted, please request it at support@benchlog.net. Requests are processed within 30 days of the request date.
